2015 - 2017 - The Dot

2015 - 2017 - The Dot

The Dot was an e-commerce platform for women to personalize the period experience with a custom assortment of tampons, pads, and treats delivered to her doorstep, at the frequency that worked for her. I developed the product, business, subscriber base, and technology and I operationalized the entire business to market success.

2015 - 2016 - VNN Sports - SportsHub & Mobile Sports Assistant

2015 - 2016 - VNN Sports - SportsHub & Mobile Sports Assistant

I lead the entire consumer suite of products at VNN Sports, working to plan and launch the 2.0 version of the entire platform, which was called Sportshub. This new version included websites, digital experiences, and a network of 1,700 high school athletic department tools.

In addition, I planned a next-generation product called "Mobile Sports Assistant," an AI assistant that connected the school's sports eco-system to students, parents, and fans. The assistant solved real-world problems for student athletes, while creating context specific consumer opportunities. For example, when a student athlete makes the basketball team, the assistant suggested the purchase of the specific shoe needed to play.

2014 - Mila & Felt - Daily Wash

2014 - Mila & Felt - Daily Wash

Daily Wash was the first product launch from Mila & Felt, a company I started as a Junior with the Design Department Chair at Hope College. The idea came from my organic lifestyle and love for hair products. Growing up, I could be found sweeping up hair in my mom's salon, checking clients in, and fetching them a cup of tea, until later when I joined my mom as a hairdresser until I went to college. Through my experience in the salon, I grew to love and use high quality hair products. However, when I went chemical free in college, I couldn't find a hair product that worked well.  Thus, Daily Wash was created; a shampoo, conditioner, and styling product all in one.
