Campaign Design: "VOTE"
Anais has extensive experience in both political science (campaign management) and design. The intersection of both--meeting need through all encompassing design has captured her heart and thinking in the past few years. The "vote" project created at Goldsmiths with a group of designers does just that.
An interactive campaign poster that can collect transparent donations online, in person and through any photograph with a specialized QR code and partnership with Bitcoin.
Where is "VOTE" now? The project was presented to the design faculty at Goldsmiths, University of London and received very positive reviews. The idea belongs to the group of designers and will be implemented int he 2016 election in the United States. (prototype pictured)
Ode to Home: Topographic Map
Anais was born and raised in West Michigan and has an appreciation for geology and maps. This pewter cast made from fish from the great lakes (cuttlefish) was carved into a topographic map mould. (There are matching sides facing each other).
